Using SNOM D345 BLF

Hi there,

I use a Miko v2021.4.175 in a data center.

In my office I have a Snom D345 and am trying the BLF

When a call comes in, it flashes red.

When a call is connected it will be solid red.

This works really well and is very helpful.

However, the D345 can also signal green.

Is it possible to set it so that another participant at another location is signaled with green as soon as the phone is connected to the Miko.

This already works in the Miko itself

Once a phone is connected, it will appear green.

I Snom under funktion-key it show
"<sip:202@sipde;user=phone>"

LED behavior settings are not available trough the Web User Interface, you can configure it via Auto Provisioning or single parameter setting

The following options should be configured on the phone:

led_red=BUSY IN_A_CALL CALLING IN_A_MEETING URGENT_INTERRUPTIONS_ONLY HOLDING DND I-Am-Busy Busy Ringing

led_green=AVAILABLE  I-Am-Ready I-Am-Almost-Ready Registered

led_orange=Offline Holding

Can it be that this function only works if the pbx and the snom are in the same network.

Usually a red signal means "busy", there's a Yealink on my phone.

You can customize the colors for Snom according to the instructions above.
